Admission Criteria

Cedar House, Inc. is an outpatient Mental Health Program that meets the mental health needs of our communities.

Cedar House works in concert with a wide range of mental health professionals in the community. Our role is unique: Our clients' ongoing treatment and day-to-day support are our top priorities.

When you walk through our doors, you will be greeted by supportive and caring professionals who wiworkingyou to assess your need for services. Together you will decide what will work the best for you.

Adult Services

  • You are between the ages of 18 and 85 years old
  • Suffering from depression, anxiety, anger, grief or other issues that interfere with normal functioning
  • In need of a Diagnostic Assessment or already have an SPMI diagnosis
  • Has or is eligible for Medical Assistance, Medicaid, Medicare or other types of insurance

We provide transportation for eligible clients to participate in services

Children's Services

  • Child is between the ages of 4 and 18 years old
  • Suffering from depression, behavioral issues, anger or other types of problems that interfere with normal functioning
  • In need of a Diagnostic Assessment or is already diagnosed with SED
  • Has or is eligible for Medical Assistance and/or another insurance

We provide transportation for eligible clients to participate in services
